BTCCSquare news:

Three armed assailants posing as police officers infiltrated a residence in Le Chesnay, France, holding a couple hostage and coercing a cryptocurrency transfer worth €900,000. The attackers brandished a knife and threatened physical harm until the husband complied with the demand to move funds to their designated wallet.

After confirming receipt, the assailants restrained the victims before fleeing in a white van. The wife sustained minor injuries during the ordeal. Authorities are investigating the incident, which underscores rising concerns about crypto-related crimes targeting high-net-worth individuals.
